Southbay owns and operates one of the finest community owned marinas on the west coast of Florida. Consisting of 172 slips, the seven acre yacht harbor has deep water access to the Intracoastal Waterway which then connects to the Gulf of Mexico less than five miles away.

The boat slips are available only for Southbay property owners. Slip fees range from $30 to $100 per month depending on boat length. Potable water is supplied to every slip at no charge. Electricity is billed to the owners of individual boats at cost.
