Lookout Point Park

The Association's common grounds are lined with over five miles of winding sidewalks for your walking, running, or biking enjoyment. Stroll down to our own Lookout Point Park at dusk to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of southwest Florida. Many residents use the park for casual fishing in the intracoastal waterway.

Southbay features one of the finest community owned marinas on the west coast of Florida. Consisting of 175 slips, the seven acre yacht harbor has deep water access to the Intracoastal Waterway which then connects to the Gulf of Mexico less than five miles away. Boat slips are available exclusively for Southbay property owners. Water is supplied to every slip at no charge. Electricity is billed to the owners of individual boats at cost. A pump out station is also available. Proof of registration and liability insurance is required for renting a slip.
